Most population of poor and the developing countries is not aware of what human right is? What is their right? What is Right to information!! Who to contact? The Human issue is decided and regulated by the politicians and leaders. Human right is an instrument for them to use as a campaign to win in the mass support to save leadership or win election. Most crises are created by the leaders and the political systems. Violation of human rights in most countries is on account of instability of the political structure. In order to protect own interest, influential rulers and politicians create an atmosphere that brings differences and fearful environment among the existing population. Race, religion and region are the most common tools to control. The most suffering countries have the most instable political structure and leadership fright. The greed of leadership and thirst to survive in politics is the root cause for sufferings of the population.

First stage of violence begins with women, is when parents abort their unborn daughter, as they prefer son
First education she receives from parent is to live as subordinate and perfection in maintenance of house. Training she receives when discriminatory attitudes by parents between she and her brother.
When borne she being dependent of parents, parents considers daughter as guest for them belongs to unknown man by way of marriage there she has to adjust according to rules and regulations framed by new house.
Higher education to a girl child is disadvantageous in marriage proposals as in comparison with groom if girl is better educated she has failed her exam and disqualified. Women with independent feelings is disqualification for her marriage as saying she is indecent and corrupt.
